What is your typical turnaround time?
Most services are completed within 5-10 business days depending on project complexity. Standard timelines are: Manuscript Editing (5-7 days), Statistical Analysis (7-10 days), Data Visualization (5-7 days), and Genomic Analysis (10-14 days). Rush services (24-48 hours) are available for an additional fee.
Is my research data confidential?
Absolutely. All client manuscripts, research data, and project details are treated as strictly confidential. We never share data with third parties without explicit written consent, and we do not publish or use your research without permission. A comprehensive NDA is available upon request for additional protection.
What are your revision policies?
All services include up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. These revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are charged at $50/hour. We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your deliverables.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! Refunds are available within 24 hours of payment if no work has begun. For projects in progress, pro-rated refunds are provided based on work completed (no refund if 50%+ complete). Rush services are non-refundable once work has started. If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeline, a full refund is provided.
Can you help with statistical analysis?
Yes! Our statistical analysis service covers descriptive statistics, regression analysis, ANOVA, survival analysis, multivariate analysis, and more. We work with SPSS, R, Python, and other statistical software. We provide detailed interpretation and publication-ready tables and figures.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfers (wire). All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant processors. For institutional accounts, we offer Net 30 invoicing (subject to credit approval).

Yes! We serve researchers and students worldwide. We accept international payments and work across time zones. Our team includes experts from multiple countries who understand diverse academic standards and publication requirements.

Yes! Our genomic analysis service includes NGS pipeline support, GWAS analysis, RNA-seq analysis, microbiome analysis, variant calling, annotation, and custom bioinformatics workflows. Projects are quoted individually based on data complexity and analysis scope.
