Service specifications, timelines, and pricing are provided at the time of service request. Linkrite reserves the right to modify services with advance notice.
3. User Eligibility
By using Linkrite services, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- You are using our services for legitimate academic or professional purposes
- You comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Service Request & Agreement
4.1 Submission Process
You can request services by completing our online form with accurate information. Upon submission, we will review your request and confirm within 24 hours.
4.2 Service Agreement
Once you submit a service request and we confirm acceptance, a binding service agreement is formed. This includes:
- Specific scope of work and deliverables
- Project timeline and turnaround dates
- Pricing and payment terms
- Confidentiality and data handling protocols
4.3 Custom Quotes
For complex projects (Genomic Analysis, bulk services), custom quotes are provided. These quotes are valid for 14 days. Quotes are not binding until formally accepted.
5. Pricing & Payment
5.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change with advance notice. Confirmed service requests retain the quoted price.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due as follows:
- Standard Services: 50% deposit upon service request confirmation, 50% upon delivery
- Rush Services: Full payment upfront
- Institutional Accounts: Net 30 terms (subject to credit approval)
5.3 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant processors.
5.4 Late Payments
Unpaid invoices may accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month. Linkrite reserves the right to suspend services for accounts 30+ days overdue.
6. Refund & Revision Policy
6.1 Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Before Work Begins: Full refund if requested within 24 hours of payment
- During Project: Pro-rated refund based on work completed (no refund if 50%+ complete)
- Upon Delivery: No refund; however, revision requests are honored
- Service Non-Delivery: Full refund if Linkrite fails to deliver within agreed timeline
6.2 Revision Policy
All services include up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions are charged at $50/hour. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
6.3 Rush Services
Rush services (delivery within 24-48 hours) are non-refundable once work has begun.
7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
7.1 Client Data Confidentiality
Linkrite treats all client manuscripts, research data, and project details as strictly confidential. We do not share your data with third parties without written consent or use your work for any purpose other than providing the requested service.
7.2 Client Intellectual Property
All original work, findings, and deliverables created for you belong to you. Linkrite retains no rights to the final output unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.3 Linkrite Intellectual Property
All materials on our Website (templates, frameworks, methodologies, content) are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify our IP without permission.
8. Your Obligations
As a client, you agree to provide accurate information, supply necessary files on time, pay invoices according to agreed terms, and comply with academic integrity and ethical standards.
10. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: Our services are provided "as-is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Linkrite is not responsible for journal rejection, publication delays, or editorial decisions.
Limited Liability: Linkrite's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
